• 10:00 AM: Welcome, Cleansing Ritual, and Herbal Tea
• 10:15 AM: Opening Circle, Connection Activities, and Card Pull
• 10:30 AM: Harvest of the Heart Vinyasa Yoga Flow (all levels welcome!)
• 11:45 AM: Journaling & Breathwork Workshop with Lucy
• 12:45 PM: A Delicious Plant-Based Lunch by our Retreat Chef, Kat
• 2:00 PM: Cacao Ceremony and Crystal Sound Healing Journey
• 3:30 PM: The Forest Sauna Experience with Optional Cold Plunge
• 4:45 PM: Fire Circle and Closing Ritual

Each moment is carefully curated to align with the energy of the season and the intuitive guidance received as the retreat day approaches.

• Where: Happy River Retreat, Alpha Farm, BH20 7PA. Detailed directions will be shared closer to the date, but we promise it’s easy to find!
