What are the movement classes like? 🌱

Lillie, your host is a Yoga Teahcer, Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healer with nearly 8 years of experience. Prior to this, Lillie was a Personal Trainer. On retreat with Lillie, we will have two movement classes per day; one in the morning and one in the evening. The morning classes will be upbeat, energising and powerful yet always offering options for everyone! Beginners are always welcome on retreat. The evenings will be an experience of more restorative movement classes that speak a sense of safety to your nervous system.

Although movement is an important part of our retreat, classes only cover about 3 hours of the daily programme. The rest of the day is made up of creative workshops, breakthroughs, plenty of free time to rest and enjoy the pool, excursions and so much more.
