Think flower crowns, forest saunas, soulful yoga, sparkly skin scrubs, junk journaling, and dancing around the fire under the evening sky. This is a retreat for the heart-led, joy-seeking, spark-finding soul who’s ready to feel fully alive. 

What to Expect

At the magical Happy River Retreat in Wareham Forest, you’ll be held in a space where creativity, connection and celebration flow freely.

Welcome Mocktails & Spark Activation Ritual | Sip something vibrant as we set powerful solstice intentions and open the space for self-expression and joy.

Chakra Balancing Yoga Flow | Align your energy centres in this gently energising and deeply nourishing chakra-themed yoga session. Each movement and breath connects to a colour, a feeling, a layer of your being - inviting you into balance and inner radiance.

Conscious Breathwork & Sound Healing | Drop into deep presence with circular breathwork and a healing sound journey to awaken your senses.

Junk Journaling Workshop: Create Your Summer Solstice Vision Board | Let your soul speak through scissors, glue, paper and play. Using beautiful materials (stickers, washi tape, magazine clippings, prompts and more), you’ll craft a visual expression of your intentions and dreams for the second half of your year

Radiant Plant-Based Feast by Kat | Feast together on a vibrant, seasonal spread crafted with colour and love.

Forest Sauna & Glow Spa Experience | Rejuvenate with our open-air sauna, a solstice-inspired body scrub, and (optional!) invigorating cold dip.

Fire Circle & Moonlit Celebration of Self | Gather by the fire for a powerful connection ritual, then move, dance and celebrate your inner light beneath the early summer moon.

Hosted at the serene Happy River Retreat in the heart of Wareham Forest, this day retreat is set in an enchanting oasis surrounded by nature’s beauty. Whether basking in the forest sauna, gathering around the fire, or finding your flow outdoors, in the barn or yurt, you’ll feel deeply connected to the world around you - and to yourself!

While we envision celebrating under sunny skies and amidst the trees, magical indoor spaces are ready to bring the sunshine should the weather bring a surprise.

Please note retreats are ages 17+

Retreat bookings are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another retreat (up to two months prior) or to another individual if your circumstances change.
