The day before Mother’s Day, we’re inviting you into something truly special - a retreat that celebrates love in all its forms; Mother & Me!

This is a day to honour the most precious relationships in our lives - the ones that make us, shape us and sometimes challenge us too. We know that family ties can be both beautiful and complicated. That’s why this retreat is about carving out sacred time, slowing down together and giving space for love, understanding and presence to bloom.

Whether you’re arriving with your mum, your daughter, a sister, a soul-friend who feels like family or a fellow mama friend walking alongside you - this day is for you. A day to nurture your bond, to soften into self-love and to hold space for each other with compassion.

Expect a soulful mix of movement, rituals, rest and connection. You’ll flow side by side in gentle practices, journal from the heart, laugh, reflect and be guided into the sweetest stillness with sound healing. Together, we’ll share nourishing food, moments of light-hearted joy (yes, there will be dancing hehe) and the chance to create your own flower bouquet at our dreamy bloom bar

Your Retreat Day Itinerary

Lillie’s retreats are planned energetically nearer to the time depending on where the moon will be and as her intuition begins to download messages for the day, this means the itinerary is subject to change but this is an outline of what to expect although you should expect a million percent more and Lillie will give you her all.

10:00 AM - Arrivals & Opening Circle
Settle in with warm herbal tea, creative activities to centre you and gentle introductions

10:30 AM - Uplifting & Funfilled Chair Yoga Flow
Don't be fooled by the chair... This will still be a magical and nourishing yoga practice for all to awaken the body softly as spring awakens, deepen the breath and open your heart! We just want to make sure that all the mothers joining us feel held in a supportive space so come with an open mind and try something new!

12:00 PM - Crystal Sound Healing Magic

Surrender into a meditative state lying down on your yoga mat with pillows to support you as the vibrations of crystal bowls guide you into deep rest, temple massage optional

12:45 PM - Nourishing Seasonal Plant-Based Lunch
Our Day Retreats are catered by Kat at Vamos Kitchen and you can be certain you will never go hungry on a Loving Life Retreat! We can cater to your dietary requirements

1:45 PM - Flower Bouquet Making
Create your own beautiful bouquet of flowers! Choose blooms that resonate with your heart or reflect qualities you admire in your loved one and enjoy time connecting

3:00 PM - Dancing Queens

We’ll turn up the music for a playful, light-hearted dance party to shake off tension, celebrate your bodies, and move like nobody’s watching

3:30 PM - Rose Tea, Cake & Card pulls 

Settle back down with a calming rose tea and indulgent slice of cake. Together, we’ll pull oracle cards to receive gentle guidance as we reflect on the day’s magic

4PM - Home Time

Leave with your bouquet from the bloom bar, a Loving Life tote, a self-love keepsake and hearts full of connection, joy and cherished memories.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the venue.

Age Limit: Retreats are open to those aged 17 and above.

Tickets: Pay in full £180 for two tickets OR pay half now half later £90 for two tickets

Please be advised that day retreats are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another day retreat up to two months prior to your scheduled date. Additionally, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another individual should your circumstances change.
