December can get wild - diaries fill, energy dips and suddenly you’re running on mince pies and adrenaline. That’s why the start of December is the perfect pit stop. Before the festive frenzy takes over, SO we’re pressing pause for a cosy reset.

We’ll kick things off with a zingy immunity shot from Lorna at "We Juice It", then Lillie will guide you through a self-regulating yoga flow that melts stress, balances your nervous system and feels like giving your soul a big hug.

Next? Sink into Sarah’s dreamy gong bath as Lillie floats around to give you a temple massage - think sound waves, cosmic cuddles and nervous system bliss!

And because no loving life ritual is complete without treats - we’ll wrap it up with sweet treats from Kat at Vamos Kitchen and oracle card pulls!

So come and start your December feeling grounded, glowing and SO ready to dance through the season on your terms!

Age Limit: Retreats are open to those aged 17 and above.

Tickets: £45 per person

You don't need to bring anything with you! We have all the equipment you need. You will have a yoga mat, a bolster, a blanket and one of our sound healing beds. Extras you may like to bring include; an eye mask, a water bottle, fluffy socks, a journal and a pen!
