Step into the retreat with a soul-soothing tea, a blend of herbs and spices to awaken your senses and invite warmth into your being.

✨ Authentic Connection & Flower Bar (10:30am)
Lean into meaningful connection through gentle, guided exercises designed to cultivate presence and a sense of belonging. The Flower Bar will be open for you to create your own mini bouquet which is yours to take home at the end of the day.

✨ Grounding Yoga Flow (11:30am)
Flow through a nourishing yoga session, anchoring yourself in movement and breath, inviting balance and restoration.

✨ Seasonal Feast (1:00pm)
Delight in a nourishing, plant-based lunch crafted to honour the flavors of winter, filling your body with warmth and vitality.

✨ Radiance Facial Ritual (2:00pm)
Reconnect with yourself through a sacred facial ritual, an act of self-care that nurtures both your inner and outer glow.

✨ Conscious Circular Breathwork & Crystal Sound Healing (2:30pm)
Surrender into the rhythm of your breath, allowing it to guide you into deep relaxation, before being immersed in the ethereal vibrations of crystal sound bowls

✨ Closing Circle & Reflection (3:45pm)
Gather in sacred circle to share insights, draw oracle cards, and seal the day’s journey with gratitude and intention.
